Tuesday at Rubber Dance Stamps

I created this little birdhouse with stamps from my favorite set "Da Vinci".

I inked the house with Ranger Distress Ink Antique Linen and Brushed Corduroy. I stamped the sentiment from the set "Vintage Birds"  and added DREAM and a little birdie from the set "A little birdie" as well as the flowers on the side and the back. I embossed the roof with a Tim Holt z folder. Some hemp twine on the bottom, all set :)

This is the little cutie ♥

*STICKERS* at Use your Stuff Challenge!

Please visit our challenge blog to see what our talented designers have created using stickers :)

I created a tag using Ranger Distress Ink in 3 colours: Pine Needles, Wild Honey and Brushed Corduroy, spritzed&flicked with water and stamped a background with a "Netting" stamp.

I added a sticker from PSX Design and added embellishments from my stash.

The sentiment is from an unknown (to me) manufacturer!

Just in time ...

I am so, so, very unhappy with the outcome of my tag, that's the reason for my quote.

I didn't have any texture paste, so the kind I used didn't really work the way I expected. Well, it's done.I used my Rubber Dance Stamp from the Da Vinci Set for the 42ufhu&§%t578 time and still love it!

Trash to Treasure

Tuesday at Rubber Dance Stamps ......

Since I missed the deadline for the challenge at Unruly Paper Art I post my creation here!

I created a little shadow box made of a wooden tray I had left over from Prima Marketing. It once contained Wood Veneers.

I started with a paint coat and added some paper for the background. I used Tim Holtz Design paper for this. I applied Washi Tape all around the frame.

The stamps I used are the crayfish (Something Fishy), the bird (A little Birdie), the numbers (ATC Background) and the sentiment (Da Vinci) from Rubber Dance Stamps. I added some embellishments and a word strip from Darkroom Doors.

Some close ups .....

Have fun crafting ♥

Happy Spring ♥

I'd like to show you some home decor using the fabulous Flower Stamps *Bold & Beautiful* as well as the tiny heart from the set *Think again*.

I used this tray for my last years Christmas decoration and decided to just turn it around and make it ready for Spring :) We love to light candles even in Summer, so this will be a much used decoration around our house.

I cut the cubes from card stock and stamped the flowers randomly along with the little heart. I used Ranger Distress Inks *Bundles Sage*, *Victorian Velvet*, *Mustard Seed* and *Dried Marigold* along with a black Distress Marker using the spritzer.

I glued the little boxes together.

I had also cut some flowers to add on top, but somehow it didn't feel right, I wanted the beautiful stamped flowers to be the main design. I just added hemp twine with a little button.

Here are some close ups, I will add some chocolate eggs during Easter time.

Happy crafting!

You can find all the stamps I have used right here at the Rubber Dance shop!

Easter at SoSS ...

I was thrilled when Chris asked me to be guest designer at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers for this challenge. Well, I couldn't come up with any snark for Easter, but I think my tag is a bit funny after all.

Hop on over to join in the challenge, always so much fun there :)

Publications in Stampers' Sampler

My dear friend Vickie from Iowa told me that she had seen 4 of my creations in the latest issue of Stampers' Sampler.

Unfortunately I haven't received my issue yet, but I know that I had created 4 "Handbags" for this template challenge, so I will show you all of them here ...

March Colour Challenge at Rubber Dance Stamps!

This is my creation for the MARCH challenge at Rubber Dance Stamps!

For March our colours are fresh, spring pastels
In addition to our colour scheme we also have an optional theme:
SPRING
(if you want to - many of the DT used nature stamps for this theme but you could also create with an Easter theme or celebrate new beginnings, for example)
Please take a quick look at the rules below before you create. Don’t worry, there aren't many rules and they are not complicated.

Need some inspiration? Check out these examples

We have all used stamps from Rubber Dance, which you can find on our website!

While you're there, check out our brand new HEART stamps! You'll find them under New Arrivals.
